Deva – RE2
The Deva 2 is a refit designed specifically for Reforged Eden 2. As with its predecessor, credit goes to MoMo for the original "Shiva AX20" design that inspired this evolution.

The balance changes in RE2 have made creating a true multi-role SV significantly more challenging. While compromises were necessary, the Deva 2 continues to facilitate slots for all possible upgrades, from CPU, shields, and weaponry. Notable new features include onboard gravity (hurray) and a clone chamber for added convenience. The interior has been completely redesigned, and the exterior has undergone numerous changes, resulting in a sleeker, more elegant design.
Managing CPU requirements is tougher than ever, and the Deva 2 now requires Advanced CPUs for full functionality. Despite this, it remains fully flight-ready for RE2. It is also the lightest ship in the series, thanks to the judicious use of carbon and hardened steel. Furthermore, all engines, cargo systems, shield modules, and CPU upgrades are armored, making the Deva 2 the most survivable version yet!
- Cargo: Capacity reduced from 40k to 30k, now consolidated into two containers, with the largest (24k) dedicated to Harvest.
- CPU: Balancing is more challenging, requiring Advanced CPU modules at baseline. However, additional space has been allocated for the new blocks.
- Shields: Expanded to accommodate new modules, with dedicated slots for all possible upgrades.
- Power: Demands have been significantly reduced, allowing operation with two advanced generators (or four when fully upgraded).
- Thrusters: More efficient in terms of thrust-to-CPU ratio. They can be upgraded to plasmas or antimatter, with a reduction of two thrusters on the top, sides, and bottom.
- Weapons: Accommodating weapons is more difficult, but the ship includes 16 cannon slots, 6 top turret slots, and 3 bottom turret slots.
- Tanks: CPU costs for O2 and Fuel tanks have increased, prompting a reduction from 36 & 13 to 26 & 10.
Lastly, you can now spawn your drone from inside the ship without "obstruction" warnings! Enjoy flying the Deva once again in Reforged Eden 2.
