Description:

Reduces the frequency of a variety of events that pops up just a bit too frequently, including:

-Events involving wet nurses

-Wards & Warden events

-Epidemic & Legend events

-Sponsored inspiration events

-Landless adventurer events

-Travel and danger events

-Random events in general (on_yearly_events)

Should be compatible with VIET still, but not other mods that alter on_yearly_events.
