A very simple mod that Reduce the supply consumption of all AI.The supply system is very interesting, but the headache is that AI cannot plan supplies well, which often leads to inexplicable staff reductions. This problem has been bothering me for a long time, so I think some modifications should be made. Currently, AI will not consume basic supplies, but the supply consumption for rapid march is normal. I believe this will make AI perform better in this area
