Plastic Surgeon for the Dumb
This is a small utility mod to allow your dumb character’s appearance to be edited.
You can find a small shack outside The Hub by the north gate.
He will approach everyone who will enter and the cost is the normal 200 cats.
Requires an import, but does not conflict with anything else, except maybe a mod that expands The Hub. Safe to disable after use.
