[WOTC] Hero Classes Rebalance

Personally, I don’t like how the Vanilla Hero Classes are handled. Reapers are nothing but one gigantic cheese fest, Skirmishers aren’t worth using over vanilla heroes, and the only relevant abilities in a Templar skill tree are reaper and bladestorm.
This mod aims to change that. Below are listed changes the mod brings with its installation for each hero.
- All heroes now get an utility slot with plated armor like everyone else
Reapers
- No Longer has a 1-tile detection radius
- Instead uses the standard detection radius reduced by 30%
- Now starts with Silent Killer at Squaddie rank
- Vektor rifle damage scaling increased from 3-4/4-5/5-6 to 3-4/4-6/6-7
- Vektor rifle range bonuses scaling reworked:
- The range changed to -10 at 1 tile, 0 at 7 tiles, and +15 at 15 tiles and beyond
- Claymore base damage reduced to 4 from 5, and base Shred reduced from 2 to 1.
- Shrapnel divided into two seperate abilities, as seen below
- Concealment loss percentages reduced from 50% capping at 80 to 25% capping at 50%
Has a completely new Random Perk Deck Consisting of:
- Executioner
- Deadeye
- Low Profile – Half cover counts as full cover
- Preservation – gain 15 defence for 2 turns when revealed
- Depth Perception – You have +5 aim against targets at lower elevation, and their dodge is reduced by 25%
- Scout – Gain 1 Battle Scanner.

- Parkour now reduces the cooldown of grapple by 1 instead of having a 5% Chance for a bonus action
Has a completely new Random Perk Deck consisting of:
- Executioner – Confers 10 aim and 10 critical chance against targets at half or less of their original hit points.
- Return Fire
- Damn Good Ground Gain +10 aim and +10 defence against targets with lower elevation.
- Tactical Sense – Gain +3 defence per visible enemy, Capping at +15 defence.
- Close and Personal – Gain +30 crit Chance against adjacent enemies, the bonus decreases by 5% per tile
- Moving Target – Gain 30 defence and 50 dodge against reaction fire.

- Rend no longer gains damage from Focus
- Rend no longer can stun or disorient
- Increased the Gauntlet damage scaling from 4-5/5-6/7-8 to 4-5/6-7/8-9 to compensate
- Templar no longer gains mobility from Focus
- Increased base mobility by 2 to compensate
- Rend now grants Focus on Hit, no longer requires a kill
- Volt no longer has a target limit, and jumps to people in a small radius around the target
- Volt damage changed from 2-5/3-6/5-8 to 3-4/5-6/7-8 (has 20% Chance of dealing 1 extra damage)
- Volt deals additional 2/3/4 damage against psionic enemies instead of double damage.
Has a completely new Random Perk Deck consisting of:
- Lightning Hands
- Magnum – Your pistol shots have +10 to hit and deal +1 damage
- Clutch Shot – Once per mission, fire a pistol shot that cannot miss
- Stilletto – Your pistol shots now pierce armor
- Quickdraw
- Faceoff

And is pretty much incompatible with every other mod that changes the effects of hero classes that this mod changes. Stuff Like Remote start on purifiers should still be compatible.DO NOT INSTALL THIS MOD MID MISSION
Installing this mod mid-campaign should work, provided that you retrain the classes with console commands.
That said, Installing this on a new Campaign is recommended.
