Description:

When at 1.00 tears or lower, you will have a chargebar beneath yourself that shows when you can shoot again. If your firing method already has a chargebar (e.g. Brimstone or Tech X), then the chargebar won’t appear.

Works in Repentance and Repentance+. Requested by oilyspoily.
