-「住居」「高級住居」「旅客輸送」を現地商品として追加します。「居住区画」の施設を追加します。
-各商品は下記の施設から供給されます。
–住居:市街地
–高級住居:居住区画、マナーハウス(微小)、金融街(微小)、本社(微小)
–旅客輸送:鉄道、市街地(微小)
-居住区画は建設局と市街地の規模により、建設上限が増えます。
–居住区画は建設局に類似する資源を要求しますが、建設力を供給します。また、市街地の処理量が向上します。
–サービスと旅客輸送を消費し、高級住居を供給します。
–街灯を更新する事で、微小な高級住居の供給と他施設のサービスの供給量を改善します。
–公共交通を更新する事で、他施設の旅客輸送の供給量を改善します。
–居住区画の住民を移動させる為に、それ相応の旅客輸送を要求します。鉄道網の整備は必須です。
-バニラのPOP需要におけるサービスを住居に置き換えています。
–サービスの商品は微小ですが住居、移動の自由、レジャーのPOP需要に対応しています。
–高級住居、旅客輸送を供給する製法の要求資源としています。
-バニラ商品における「輸送」をPOP需要用の「旅客輸送」と省人化製法用の「貨物輸送」に分離させました。
–市街地と居住区画の公共交通は旅客輸送の供給しかできません。
–鉄道の基礎製法により貨物輸送を賄えます。
—鉄道の採算性が悪化する懸念がある為、鉄道施設の人員を減らしています。
-鉄道施設は二次方式の採用で旅客輸送を供給できます。
–ただしPOPの旅客輸送の消費に伴い、インフラが減少します。方式の更新によりその消費割合が減少します。
–同様に市街地による住居、居住区画による高級住居をPOPが消費する事によりインフラが減少します。いずれも公共交通に関連する方式の更新によりその消費割合が減少します。

5. This Mod
-Adds "Housing", "Luxury Housing", and "Passenger Transportation" as local goods. Adds "Residential Area" buildings.
-Each product is supplied from the following buildings.
–Housing: Urban Center
–Luxury Housing: Residential Area, Manor House (small), Financial District (small), Company Headquarter (small)
–Passenger Transportion: Railway, Urban Center(small)
-Residential Areas have an increased construction limit depending on the size of the Construction Sector and Urban Center.
-Residential Areas require similar resources to Construction Sectors, but provide construction power. They also increase the throughput of Urban Centers.
-Consumes Service and Passenger Transporttion to provide Luxury Housing.
-Updating Street Lighting improves the supply of small Luxury Housing and the supply of Services from other buildings.
-Updating Public Transport improves the supply of Passenger Transporttion from other facilities.
–Residential Area POPs require Passenger Transporttion to move. Railway development is essential.
-Services, which are vanilla pop needs, have been replaced with Housing.
–Goods services are tiny, but they correspond to pop needs of Housing, Free Movement, and Leisure.
–Now required goods for production methods that provide Luxury Housing and Passenger Transportion.
-Transportation in vanilla goods has been separated into Passenger Transportation for POP needs and Cargo Transportation for Train Automation.
–Public transportation in Urban Centers and Residential Areas can only provide Passenger Transportation.
–Cargo Transportation can be provided through Railway’s base production methods.
–Due to concerns that Railway’s profitability may deteriorate, Railway staffing is being reduced.
-Railways can supply Passenger Transport by adopting secondary production methods.
–However, as a POP consumes Passenger Transport, infrastructure is reduced. The infrastructure consumption rate decreases as production methods are updated.
–Similarly, infrastructure is reduced as a POP consumes Housing through Urban Centers and Luxury Housing through Residential Areas. In both cases, the infrastructure consumption rate decreases as production methods related to Public Transport are updated.
-I’m currently trial and error with the balance. I recognise that this setting is slightly flawed in order to ensure profitability. Please try it if you are tired of the vanilla balance.
