Maldives with 12 baronies
Are you looking for a capital city with high development potential, but don’t want to occupy historical cities such as Rome, Constantinople, Paris, etc. to become a king/basileus?
This mod sets each island in the Maldives region in the original map as a separate barony, thus creating a county with 12 baronies.
Adjacencies among islands has been edited. Every piece of land is farmland terrain. The ocean provides a natural barrier for the islands, allowing you to stay away from war and farm with peace of mind.
Simple localization in Chinese and English.
Compatibility:
Except for the addition of the baronies, no COA and history files have been changed. Therefore, it is compatible with mods adding buildings, cultures, or scenarios based on vanilla.
Because the game map modification requires replacing the entire map and parameters, this mod is incompatible with other mods that modify the map. (e.g. more bookmarks+, AGOT…)

v1.1 20250201
1. Added the Maldives Principality and Kingdom titles. The duchy title only contains one county, which is de jure Tamilakam by default. The Maldives Kingdom title can be created through a decision.
2. The settings have been modified so that hunting activities can now be held in the Maldives region. In the original settings of the game, some islands were not allowed to hold hunting due to extinction or lack of native species. Due to the request in the comment area, hunting is allowed in the Maldives. This function should be provided by a separate mod. I would consider deleting this modification if a similar mod were provided.
