Empowering Chip Mod

Description:
The Empowering Chip is a powerful new item for The Binding of Isaac: Repentance. This single-use item allows you to reroll one random item pedestal in the room, upgrading it to a superior quality item from a random pool.

Features:
– Single Use: The Empowering Chip can only be used once.
– Reroll Mechanic: When used, the Empowering Chip will reroll one random item pedestal in the room.
– Quality Upgrade: The rerolled item will be of superior quality. If the current item quality is less than 4, it will be upgraded by one quality level. If the current item quality is 4, it will be rerolled to an item of quality 0.
– Random Pool: The new item is chosen from a random item pool, adding an element of surprise and strategy to your runs.

How to Use:
– Activation: Simply use the Empowering Chip in a room with item pedestals to activate its effect.
– Effect: The item will reroll one random item pedestal to a superior quality item and then be removed from your inventory.

Compatibility:
– External Item Descriptions (EID): The mod includes support for EID, providing a detailed description of the Empowering Chip’s effect.

Installation:
1. Subscribe to the mod on the Steam Workshop.
2. Enable the mod in the game’s mod menu.
3. Enjoy your enhanced runs with the Empowering Chip!
