Starburst rework provide a new weather system, they reworked every EPP and all the weather. The purpose of this patch is to bring compatability between Starburst rework weather and Frackin Universe weather without touching the other things that brings Starburst rework.

Attention! This won’t affect the existing and generated part of the universe!
