The Great War – 1922 – Fritz in the Sahara
The war in Europe has ended, and the Kaiser has directed all of his forces to Deutsches Südwest Afrika to make a final, unexpected push through the Sahara to crush the French government in exile in Algeria. The march through the Sahara is considered by historians to be both the biggest military blunder, and the greatest miracle of all time. Of the 30,000 German, African, and British men, 5,000 various armored vehicles, and 9,000 planes that were first sent through the Sahara, only 10% survived the journey, successfully seiging and eventually capturing Algeirs, ending the Great War once and for all. This particular instance shows the only actual conflict throughout the entire journey.
