Copper Republic Areospace Fighter
MPASFs (Multi-Purpose Areo-Space Fighter) are Copper Republic’s main airforce unit. It was made by Magnodyne in a collaboration with AVAR, later developed and implemented by CRISP. The fighter is armed with a 20mm autocannon and an unguided missile launcher. It can fly in an atmosphere and in a vacuum. It is also equipped with an IHSVT, making it able to fly to other star systems in minutes. The fighter is considered a resounding success, as it combines speed, safety and firepower. The most notable feature of the MPASF is its engines. It has two large, rectangular thrusters on its sides that are able to rotate. This makes the ship able to have a VTOL (Vertical Takeoff or Landing) mode that makes it act as a helicopter, and then quickly switch to the Fighter mode that makes it fly like a plane. As of now, the MPASF won three awards for the best areo-space fighter in the Starpoint Cluster and maybe even in the whole galaxy. Controls:
I – Forward
K – Reverse
J – Left
L – Right
N – Fire 20mm Autocannon
M – Fire Unguided Missile Launcher
Comma – Switch modes
Note: This ship is a remake of the old MPASF, as I didn’t really like how the old one came out and I really wanted to implement the two modes.
