Skill Book Mod
This is a two-part mod that focuses on skill books.
The first part adds some more use to in-game recipes. Since the player doesn’t need to read a recipe to craft it, the actual recipe books have very little value if using a guide. This attempts to give the player some reason to seek them out by having them give you small skill point gains on reading them. I assigned each recipe book a skill gain based on either the recipe they teach you or the content of the book. The gains are doubled by the Bookworm perk and are as follows:
-Hunter’s Memo 1: +3 Survival

-Survival Instructions No. 23: +3 Tinkering

-Survival Instructions No. 26: +3 Tinkering
-Recipe for Healing Powder: +3 First Aid
-Recipe for Strange Antidote: +3 First Aid
-Militia Man Aniskin vs. Radiation Poisoning I: +3 Pistols & SMG
-Militia Man Aniskin vs. Radiation Poisoning II: +3 Pistols & SMG
-Kogan the Savage 0 Foreword: +3 Barter

The second part of the mod adds in 7 skill books from the classic Fallout games. These books can be bought from the bookseller in Krasnoznamenny. Their skill bonuses are also doubled by Bookworm.

COMPATIBILITY
-Not compatible with any mod that alters the vanilla crafting recipe books
-Moderate potential incompatibility with mods that alter the outer Krasnoznamenny cell. Might keep the bookseller from stocking the new books. To fix, just change which mod takes priority or spawn in with console commands.
PERMISSIONS
You can modify this mod for the purposes of expansion, translation, improvement, etc. without needing to consult me for explicit permission, as long as you credit me as the original author.
You may port this mod to sites other than Steam Workshop, again as long as you give credit.
