Vive La France (1936)
It has been 17 years after the great war has ended, and this promised "long peace" seems like it wont hold any longer.
– Collapsed Empire
Britain had the biggest empire in the world. But it all came down in 1926 when a far-right coup took down the old government, this group of people call themselves "Unitarians" they claim that seperated they are weak but UNITED they are strong, "We shall move as one, we shall fight as one, we shall all reclaim glory as one!" -popular qoute from Oswald Mosley. The British monarchy and loyalists fled to Portugal at 1st but after the Portuguese uprising they fled with the Portuguese monarchy to Brazil, and then they later fled to Australia. The British monarchy is now in controll of Australia and New Zealand forming the Oceanian Kingdom, Oceania still has control over southern India and South Africa, they are also allied with Brazil as they share the same struggle.
– South American conflict
In South America conflict is on the rise, as the Andes Federation seeks to controll the entire Andes mountain range. Gran Colombia has been reformed under some Unitarian policies. But the most notible change in the continent is the Amazonians gaining independence. This happend because many natives and non Portuguese supporting Brazillians fled up north and claimed their own independent state. This nation doesn’t seem to be stable however. As the natives want to preserve and protect the Amazon, while the Brazillians want to make as much money as possible from it.
– 2nd Italian revolution
In 1931 many Italians took to the streets to protest foreign occupation, which eventually lead to a revolution, many Itallians supported Tuscany which was a neutral Italian state. The revolts couldn’t be crushed so a treaty was made. Tuscany gains northern lands of the Papal States. Austrian and French occupied Italian lands gain independence. And Naples gains Sicily and southern Papal States.
However quickly there after a workers revolution happend in Tuscany creating the 1st communist state.
– Two Russia’s
During the Russian Revolution Japan seized much of the far east, Mongolia took Tannu Tuva, Alash took some land and Finland took Karelia. The Russian Republicans eventually won the civil war creating the 1st Russian Republic and is slowly starting to industrialise. But Russia isn’t safe from conflict as the far-east helped out the Tsar and now the Tsar is in charge of the far-east. And many Russians are still not happy and might turn to Unitarianism. But the Russians are already regaining their world prestige, as they’ve allied with the Ottomans and Balkan states.
– Economic depression
In recent years the world economy has started rapidly decreasing. As the losers of the great war refuse to pay off their loans which nations such as America are dependent on currently, as their northern regions were destroyed in the war. This lead to many countries ceasing trade with eachother and eventually France stopped all trade with countries they are not allied with. Which is a huge blow to the world economy as France owns most natural resources. Many people in America and France are unhappy and want change.
