Domination No Charges WOTC
Made by request. This mod, when installed, removes Domination charges and changes it to a permanent 6 turn cooldown ability with no limit. Plug and play, sub and forget. Unlimited charges.

You can set Domination to anything you want. Cooldown, charges, AP cost, anything. Note: This ignores the base game COOLDOWN value, if you use this mod change it here not in the base game because it will have no effect, my mod will override it.

By default i have put a 6 turn cooldown, which means on average you should be able to use it 2-3 times per play for a 15 turn match. I really dont think anything below 5 is a good idea.
Compatible with any Psionic mods where the Psi Op/Psionic uses the base game Domination ability.
Final note, this is crazy overpowered. Not responsible for easy games.
