More African Provinces

Introduce:
1、Adding more than 500 provinces to Africa.
2、Adding trade notes and more trade centers to Africa.
3、Siberia frontier mechanic allows Africa nations to colonize the continent.
Compatibility:
Not compatible to the mods edited the map anywhere.
The history of Africa is abundant but most of them are forgotten in time. Most locations differs form now, and there is limited data to identify the names and exact positions on the map, I have given my best shot to be correctly edited. If there are any mistake in the content(location, names, etc..) ,or encounter any bugs when using this mod, pls leave a comment below, I will try to fix that asap.
