[DrGBase] Signalis SNPC
NPCs made from the Signalis game, the animations are a bit janky, but generally work and function. I tried to transfer all the original mechanics from the game, and the shoddy animations were still made using references from Signalis.
Includes four NPCs:
Corrupted STAR
Corrupted STCR
Corrupted ARAR
Corrupted EULR
Some NPCs have different variations of bodygroups, presence or absence of weapons, shields, etc.
Sounds are taken directly from the game, only some are taken from free libs.

Since this type of NPCS are focus on Seeking, not Fighting (DuckFlit mentioned), I have remade their detection so as to turn its style into Hide-and-Seek.
Now they have a much weaker sight, but will notice almost all sounds and try to find their emit point. (prop_physics won’t work mostly…)
