You can use calligraphy tool to consume gems and mana to recharge rods.
The amount of charges per use and the maximum chargeable amount depend on Learning.
Configurable Options in config
- Allow recharging Wish Rod (disabled by default)
- Mana consumption value
- Maximum charges per use
- Maximum charge limit
- Charge multiplier per use
- Chargeable multiplier
