[WOTC] Jiggly Units
Adds physics jiggle to all units

From script, makes select bones in the configuration file "unfixed" aka physics-based

You can configure the bones to add/remove from becoming driven by physics
Comes with preset "jelly" and "jiggle" mode
And can choose what teams to apply the effect on
Can apply the effect in shell, strategy and/or tactical gameplay
You can find the configuration file as XComGame.ini

Physics are driven by physics engine, which may mean some units randomly spazz out
And many units share the same bonenames
This mod should work out-of-the-box with all units that share the base-game skeleton
