Mitzruti’s Perk Pack
– ArcJoltAwake: Now removes stun, as described in the ability
– ArcStabilize: Now properly removes bleedout and leave the soldier unconcious, instead of the solder being able to act while on the floor after being stabilized

Not sure if the Paramedic perk also has this annoying bug, if I confirm it I will fix it as well.
