Buy Title from indebted Ruler
Mod to enable you to purchase a county title from a ruler in debt (of at least 200 gold) by paying off their debt (with some other acceptance modifiers as well)
You can’t buy a rulers primary title.
AI might do as well (not sure if that works though)
probably save game compatible as well as compatible with other mods (please tell me in comments if this causes conflicts)
