[WOTC] Yard’s Greatly Improved L115 Sniper Rifle [Reaper Friendly!]

WOTC port of Yard’s L115 Sniper Rifle, but, following the HK416 and AK12, better: instead of being only Conventional and forcing you do tweak the .ini everytime you upgrade your weaponry, this mod has support for all three tiers and fully customizable range tables, cost, damage and upgrade slots. Default range and damage tables are Sniper Rifle’s.
BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!
Optionally you can configure between using the normal repeater model or the conventional sniper rifle repeater model (see screnshots for detail) by modifying the .ini file:
ENABLE_ALTERNATE_REPEATER=false -> uses the Assault Rifle repeater model
ENABLE_ALTERNATE_REPEATER=true -> uses the Sniper Rifle repeater model
Moreover, you can make this weapon usable by Reapers, too! Keep in mind that if you enable this feature, your Sharpshooter won’t be able to use this weapon: it’s either one or the other. To make the L115 appear as a Vektor Rifle, simply modify the .ini file:
L115_IS_VEKTOR=false -> the weapon will be exclusive to Sharpshooters and work as a normal Sniper Rifle
L115_IS_VEKTOR=true -> the weapon will be exclusive to Reapers and work as a normal Vektor Rifle.
You can configure the Vektor variant’s damage, range tables, upgrade slots and more in the .ini file: just search for
//Vektor Conventional Tier
//Vektor Magnetic Tier
//Vektor Beam Tier
and modify the vaues under accordingly. By default, the values are set to mirror the default values of the Vektor Rifle.
By default, both options are set to "false".
