Description:

This MOD implements some modifications to the original mechanism, and it is a simple resolution. Used to enable the Roman Emperor to have Roman legion soldiers, regardless of whether it is Roman culture or not.
Resolution conditions:
——1. Roman Emperor.
——2. Without innovation.
(The above are prerequisites, otherwise the resolution will not be displayed)
——3. The prestige level shall not be lower than 4.
After meeting the conditions, you can spend "200" prestige to complete the resolution.

(To be honest, the ban is very strong, and I tried my best to maintain balance without changing the ban value.)
