Reworks Ottoman unique ability, unique unit and unique building.
Unique Ability: Enderun School +100% Production towards Encampments and Harbors; cities not founded by the Ottomans receive an additional +100% Production towards Campuses and Commercial Hubs. Gain a Governor title when recruiting a Great General or a Great Admiral. Unique Unit: Janissary Janissary now becomes the unique unit of the Ottomans. Ottoman Leaders other than Suleiman (Kanuni) can now train Janissaries. Unique Building: Grand Bazaar Grand Bazaar is now unlocked at the Medieval Faires civic, and cities not founded by the Ottomans receive a free Grand Bazaar if they have the prerequisite civic and building.
Leader Ability: Grand Vizier Cities with an established Governor receive +2 Amenities; receive an additional +8 Loyalty per turn if not founded by the Ottomans. Has access to a unique Governor, Ibrahim, the Great Vizier.
This mod requires Gathering Storm & Rise and Fall.
