(EAW) Cold war
after the Defeat of the Changlings in the Great war, two powers have emerged, the Harmonist Equestrians, and the Supremacist Karinthian Empire under Beakolini. with the two powers in control of their respective continents, they look south to Zebrica, looking to use the Continent’s resources to get the upper hand over the other, only time will tell who will win this struggle.
Karinthian Empire
the Karinthian empire, having scored a massive victory against the Griffonian empire and also having occupied the Griffonian Republic, has become an unstoppable force on the Continent of Griffonia. the Empire has expanded its alliance to include the Asstyrian Empire, and the Dread League.
the River Federation
the River Federation is the successor to the River Coalition, and acts as the major bulwark against further Karinthian Gains in Griffonia. the Republic is Friendly with Equestria.
Equestria
the Equestrians, coming out of the war with its’ northern provinces ravaged by war against the Changlings and Stalliongrad, have begun to rebuild while also focusing on the new enemy of Karinthia, having won the Arabian Civil war and also aligning other Zebrican nations and even a Griffonian state, they are seen as equal to the Karinthian War Machine.
Stalliongrad
seen as the weakest bloc, it came out of the war with Equestria expanded, having invaded Nova Griffonia and Sponsoring Communist Revolutions in Northeastern Equus, while also aligning a state in Northern Griffonia. Stalliongrad has oddly good relations with Karinthia, despite their supposed ideological differences.
