PickQuestRewards
Picks up quest rewards directly into the player inventory instead of dropping them on the ground.
Note that this only patches quest rewards and not any direct player rewards from other things (like gacha, etc), some quests also have specific methods to give the player a reward which aren’t touched to avoid breaking any quests that actually need you to pick up an item. Let me know if you encounter any issues though.
Use https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3371449391 to get a notification about what you picked up.
