US Civil War
Prior to the US Civil war with territories and border states included as seperate countries, however each territory is colored and puppeted accordingly.
In the two right corners, US and CS allies are included, they cannot conquer territory, but they can fund their respective powers; these are also included to prevent US and CS from allying eachother. Turn off "Leave Alliances" for best experience.
Added better terrain and more cities, possibly more in the future. Enjoy!
