(IWK+) Build Mats Dont Need Lumber
This mod makes it so that building materials in Interactive World : Kenshi + (IWK+) are back to the default of using two raw stone, instead of one stone and one lumber. This will drop the previously escalated value of building materials back down towards vanilla.
Maybe your base isn’t close to logging resources, maybe you want your IWK+ options to be more of a side hustle in your world, or maybe you just hate flannel. Whatever the case, you can install this mod and go back to producing with just stone, you slacker.

It still needs lumber to build, just not to make building mats.
