Finally removed the annoying cape!

This mod directly copied the file in gfxportraitsportrait_modifiers1_accessories.txt, which means when new dlcs are coming, the mod should probably be updated. The good news is you wound’t lose any game mechanics, only character outfits will be affected.

I didn’t find a way to replace only the code section of cape. Please let me know is it possible to overlap original code sections in gfx folders.
