Retroactive Upgrades
*** Note Oct 2018 ***
Came across this mod which should work for weapons for WOTC.

*** Note June 2017 ***
So this mod has some issues where the Research items and Proving Ground projects would randomly not work or would randomly not even appear. I don’t have a fix and if I’m entirely honest, it would be easier for me to do an entire re-write of the mod which I currently don’t have time to do.
So instead, I highly recommend you use the Uniforms Manager mod for outfits.
I haven’t found anything for weapons but if you’ve come across a mod that tackles the weapons if a decent way, I would greatly appreciate it if you could post a link or name in the comments.
Thanks!

*** End Note ***
This mod upgrades the previous tier of weapons and armor to the current tier.
This mod was made to have essentially zero conflicts.
This mod has been an annoying project, with over 2000 lines of very similar looking code blocks with minor modifications. There will probably be a couple bugs I have missed. If you spot any, I would greatly appreciate it if you leave a comment with the issue.
Additional Note: I haven’t test this mod without the Resistance Pack, however I did add code to check for it. It should theoretically work if you dont have the DLC.
Thanks!
