Adds a power hungry distiller to distill neutroamine from a chemical blend of chemfuel and concentrated alcohol.
Neutroamine can be produced over a 3 day process by refining neutro-sludge in the distiller, which is created via chemfuel and concentrated alcohol at the drug lab. Concentrated alcohol is made via the distiller, requiring beer.
