Intro
- This Balancing Patch adjusts some of my mods, so they may better adapt Vanilla game.
- This Balancing Patch only adjusts completed mods (with completed diplomatic text and agenda), and these adjusted mods will also add additional api for other authors to adjust their Lua scripts.
- This Balancing Patch mainly weaken those mods’ performance at early game.
- If it is highly called for, it may also adjust the balance of other people’s mods.
