THIS IS THE DELUXE VERSION. THE DELUXE VERSION HAS MORE DETAIL AND THINGS LIKE STARTING WARS, MORE MAP/TERRAIN DETAIL, SLIGHTLY MORE MAP CHANGES AND UPDATED ECONOMIES. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A MORE UPDATED, BETTER EXPERIENCE, DOWNLOAD THIS MAP.
(The reason why there’s two versions is because I tried to edit ‘The New Novus Orbis’, but it would only let me change terrain not borders, so i had to create a new name for the map and then it worked for some reason…)
