Adds Weasel, the Cowardly Writer. They enter the Constant with unique perks and item, a custom voice (a violin), and custom dialogue!

Health: 100 | Hunger: 175 | Sanity: 75
.75x damage multiplier | .75x damage reduction
- Can’t eat meat, unless it’s fish: Will refuse to most meat items, except for fish and fish-based dishes.
- Terrified of loneliness: Loses 25% more sanity when alone, and loses 50% less sanity if other players are nearby.
- Keeps a notebook of story ideas: Starts with a unique item.
