AT-AT from STAR WARS
Experience the iconic AT-AT (All Terrain Armored Transport) walker mech, famously featured in the 20th Century Fox film "Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back" (1980). Command one of these towering machines and survey the battlefield from a majestic height of 20 meters. Traverse diverse terrains with ease, be it rivers or, hypothetically, even minefields! Admittedly, the large twin cannons are not easy to aim, but when they hit, they deal quite a punch. How else can the effect of an AT-AT be described? Whoom. Whoom. Whoom. Whoom. Pew-Pew! Pew-Pew!
Tips: Limit "Max Move Speed" to 2.3 if you want a slow, dramatic walk! And for the closest resemblance to the movie, activate the "No Gore" setting and play on the "Viking Winter" map!
As potentially the largest unit in UEBS2, the AT-AT comes with certain technical limitations. Known issues: Rough LOD handling (reason: low "Collider Width" setting), projectile fire point too low (reason: not customizable yet), human sounds hearable (reason: soundpres=0 does not deactivate default sounds), AT-AT sounds sometimes not hearable (reason: unknown), AT-AT laser guns often miss target (reason: Star Wars empire).
