Ever found Terraria lacking in environmental immersion? A fan of mods like Terraria Ambience, but unable to use these in the original game? Ambient Sounds Music fixes this, adding environmentally appropriate ambience to different biomes in Terraria, making your playthrough more enjoyable and immersive!
This resource pack works by adding ambient sounds to the Terraria OST, including Otherworldly tracks. You may hear birds chirping in forests, dripping water underground, and waves crashing at the beach, among other things.
Due to the method used, music must be enabled for ambient sounds, and their volume scales with that of the music.
The pack does not change Boss or Invasion tracks, and some tracks like Town Day and Town Night are also not changed since they can play anywhere in the world. Also note that some Otherworldly tracks play regardless of time of day or location in a biome, so may be a bit unrealistic.
The Otherworldly tracks used are edited versions of the official Terraria: Otherworld soundtrack rather than the ones used in game. These are longer and more cinematic, making the Otherworldly experience better than ever!
