No Germany leadership without Schleswig Holstein

This mod fixes Prussia going rogue as soon as they got a unification candidate.

It makes resolving the Schleswig-Holstein issue a condition of German leadership diplomatic play.

This means that if the German leadership war ends, the North or South German confederation immediately forms.

Due to my technical limitations, You can still demand unification candidate as side goal.

To mediate it, Denmark got their own Schleswig-Holstein JE.

It makes Denmark lose its union with Schleswig-Holstein after 30 years, making Schleswig-Holstein question to be solved automatically after 1866.

This makes the German unification wars to be after the 1860s which is historically accurate.

This mod also changes some of Austria-Hungary JE.

Hungary JE is no longer solved with the Hungarian separatist movement.

It is now solved by

1. Hungarian is no longer discriminated (same as vanila)

2. (new) Austria lost its German Unification candidate (historically accurate)

Fail condition is also changed requiring Sole German candidate AND separatist movement.

Also, completing German identity JE makes 100% of Hungarians in Austria angry.

This makes Hungarians to revolt around 1840s (close to the 1848 revolution).

I added this to make Austria weaker but even with Hungarian revolting, they were still too strong.

I want to make Hungarian revolt mod later to deal with Austria being too powerful but for now this would do.

Austria-Hungary JE is Not supported for 1.7.3

And since 1.7.3 AI are quite wild, I will update this mod again for 1.7.4+

If Prussia consistently win after 1.7.4, Austria-Hungary JE change will be removed for this mod.
