Unofficial 1.5 update of Atlas’ Android tiers mod.

I won’t be able to maintain this mod anymore. But please feel free to reupload with your own fixes. Most of the hard work has been done, so it’s just a few things that don’t work. Sorry to everyone that wanted an update.
