A.As long as you don’t lie about it being your own work or distribute the portrait collection secondarily, it’s OK.

A.Sorry…sorry… It is OK to alter our portraits to create your ideal cat for personal use only.

A.The author loves vanilla PCC, so I don’t plan to make one that can be distributed.
I made it by myself, or I have been patient with other people’s PCCs.
