Bullet Time
Slow down time at a press of a button.
Specifically, you’ll need to go into console (~ key) and type "bind X bullet_time", where X is whatever button you want. Or you can just look in the Options menu.
You can also press Duck key and Bullet Time key simultaneously to almost completely stop time (or use "bind X freeze_time" to bind this to a separate key altogether).

Note: You may want to install the TFA Base addon to make game sounds change speed and pitch when in Bullet Time.
