Late in the game, there is a serious imbalance between the supply and demand of services (local goods) in different states(especially in the states where financial districts are concentrated), if change the services from local goods to market-wide sharing it is not realistic, this mod balances the supply and demand of services in different states through the tourism .
New buildings:
Tourist attractions: transform services (local goods) into tourist services (normal goods, can also be imported and exported, but can not be directly consumed by the pop).
Tourism agent: transforms tourism services into services (local goods) for local pop consumption.
At the beginning of the game there is not much supply and demand for services and poor efficiency of service transformation tourism does not play a big role, but at the end of the industrialization period the huge difference between supply and demand for services and more efficient ways of producing service-tourism services (airplane tourism) will contribute to the boom of tourism. States with high demand for services (e.g. those with a concentration of financial districts) could then balance supply and demand by importing tourism services from states with a surplus of services.

游戏后期不同地区的服务(本地货物)供需严重不平衡(尤其是金融区集中的省份服务需求极高),如果把服务从本地货物改成全市场共享比较出戏也不拟真,本mod通过旅游业平衡不同地区的服务供需。
新建筑:
旅游景点:把服务(本地货物)转化成旅游服务(一般货物,全市场通用也可以对外进口出口,但不能被pop直接消费)
旅游中介:把旅游服务转化成服务(本地货物)以供本地pop消费。
在游戏初期服务供应和需求不多而且服务转化效率差旅游业的作用不大,但到工业化后期服务供应和需求的巨大差异和更有效率的服务-旅游服务生产方式(飞机旅游)会促进旅游业的兴盛。这样一来服务需求高的省份(例如金融区集中的那些)可以从服务过剩的省份进口旅游服务平衡供需。
