Hostile Resistance [COMMISSION]

Dr. SES: Comissioning the Addon, Making the awesome spawn icons.
This is a simple mod that makes a new NPC Category which adds all of the Resistance and NPCS that are usually Friendly, but instead, NPCS spawned from this category will be hostile towards ALL npcs who aren’t part of the list, basically a new Faction that only likes their own Hostile-Resistance Buddies.
