This mod tries to curb AI and player expansion.
Features
- Going over gov cap brings dangerous penalties while being under it reduces unrest
- Corruption is deadlier and can bring countries to ruin
- Territories have a +5 unrest modifier
- Having higher number of provinces increases AE as nations perceive you as a threat
- Unaccepted cultures now have unrest for their discrimination
- Great powers on the same continent have a dislike for each other as they view each other as threats
