Umayyads are Andalusian
Annoyed with being unable to unlock the "Al-Andalus" achievement as the Umayyad ruler of Andalusia, I decided to make this minimod. All it does is make every Umayyad character starting from Abd al-Rahman I Andalusian culture instead of Levantine.
