Description:

This mod annexes the factions of Libya and Nova Carthago to Carthage.

Effects:

– All starting territories, armies, and characters of Libya and Nova Carthago now belong to Carthage.
– Alalia now belongs to Carthage, and has had its Italian buildings replaced with Carthaginian ones.
– Carthage’s starting funds are now 8000 due to receiving the 4000 starting funds Libya and Carthago had between them.
