Set in the chaotic future era following The Great Mistake, this mod introduces new units and strategic constraints to deliver a unique gameplay experience. Key Features

1. Genuine Future Units with GDR Upgrade Compatibility
12 new units from "Unit Expansion: Future" have been reimagined as infantry inspired by Beyond Earth.
These units are fully integrated into the GDR upgrade system, offering unparalleled power and mobility on future battlefields once fully upgraded.

2.Naval Units with Seastead Construction
Some naval units now have the ability to construct Seasteads.
Reinforce captured coastal territories or strategically build new ocean cities to expand your influence.

3.Strategic Constraints
Research Lab Requirement: Future units can only be produced in cities with a Research Lab.
Cities without Research Labs face significant limitations in producing cavalry, naval, and ranged units.
AI utilization of Research Labs may affect the game’s difficulty balance.

4.Lore and Civilopedia Entries
Previously blank entries for units and policies have been enhanced with background stories inspired by Civilization: Beyond Earth. Delve deeper into the settings of The Great Mistake and Inflection Point for a richer gameplay narrative.

Notes

This mod is designed to be compatible with "Unit Expansion: Future" and "Future Warfare (NON-GDR unit upgrade)." It may be removed upon request by its original creator, JNR.
Compatibility with other mods (especially those modifying Seasteads) may cause unintended balance issues.
Barbarian forces are not subject to the Research Lab requirement. Starting the game in later eras may lead to encounters with powerfu "Future Barbarian Armies."
