Heretic Hunters are opportunistic dirtbags, looking to advance themselves in Holy Nation society through tribute. What do they offer? You! They drag slaves to Holy Mines to please the paladins, in hopes they may someday earn a position among the ranks.
Obviously you are guilty of something, so you deserve it. Go work your sins away in the mines.

Heretic Hunters share similar stats and equipment to the Slave Hunters of the United Cities, and possess the same AI behavior. Being from the Holy Nation, expect them to harass you differently, depending on who and what’s in your team. They are chalk-full of original dialogues!
You’ll encounter them in Holy Nation zones, the Border Zone, Skinner’s Roam, and Shem. Defeating the HN leaders will eliminate their presence.
