Any Religion can take the Mandate of Heaven
This simple mod lets anyone take the Mandate of Heaven, as long as you have a border with the current holder!
The AI still won’t claim the Mandate unless they are East Asian.
This shouldn’t ever need an update, unless they start reworking CBs – but do leave a comment if something breaks.
Compatability:
Principally Anything. Rather than adjusting the existing Casus Belli, I added a new one, so there shouldn’t be any conflicts.
NOT Ironman Compatible.
