Vamps II
Adds a race of vampyric folks that attack on site all have "Fist" weapons and use martial arts.
They will attack anything on sight
Mid range stats and gear but pretty squishy to decent weapons
if you get KOd near them they have a chance to drain your life as they are always starving.
