Description:

Allows suppression to reduce the range of most free targeting AoE abilities by 60%, and poison to reduce the range by 25%, stacks multiplicatively, configurable in INI.

This mod also removes snapping for most abilities.

Compatibility Note:
Overwrites X2AbilityTarget_Cursor and X2TargetingMethod_BasterLauncher used by all ability templates.
